Event Consulting 

Includes...

  • Pick our brains! Ask us anything you want during this meeting, we are here to help!

  • Set up of a planning calendar and timeline to help you figure out what needs to be done and when. Don't rely on those stock timeline planners you found on the Internet!

  • Event day timeline set up and organization

  • If you decide to book one of our planning packages, your consulting payment will be applied to your new balance, that way you're not paying twice for the same thing since consulting is included in our planning packages.

Month of Wedding Coordinating

Everything included in the Event Consulting package PLUS...

  • Day of coordination begins 4-6 weeks before the wedding day

  • Full day of coordination of the wedding

  • Final in-person consultation a month before the wedding

  • Unlimited contact via email and text/phone after the final consultation until the wedding day

  • Access to our trusted and preferred vendors PLUS discounts for being an AEP client.

  • Vendor confirmation the week of the wedding

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • 25% off all available AEP Rentals

  • Set up of a realistic budget with things you may not even realize should be on there

  • Clients contact the vendors themselves after consulting and discussion with us

  • Email consultation throughout the planning process for any questions you may have at any time

  • Pick and choose which vendors you need us to take over

  • Rehearsal set up along with coordination

  • Our rentals may be added on with a 25% off discount

​This would be used for those that want to have more control over their wedding, just need some extra help throughout the planning process.

  • Day of coordinating with two coordinators (Your EP and an additional coordinator)

  • Our rentals may be added on with a 50% off discount
